The Lippman Day School wanted to update their site to meet the quality of design that other private schools' sites were achieving. The guidelines were pretty open: they wanted a Flash image rotation on the homepage, and an interior page template with drop down navigation.

This site marks my first experience in developing Flash Actionscript 2.0 Classes. Two classes were built for the image rotation, a "Stop-Watch" class that counts the amount of time each image is displayed, and an "Image Loader" class that displays an image once the image has loaded into the Flash Player and the Stop-Watch class has finished its count.

I designed the site and built out an example XHTML Strict home and interior page for them to populate. Unfortunately en route to going live on their server the build of the page was changed by a third party (whomever would be populating the site with content and providing maintenance) and the live site is no longer valid XHTML. But, fortunately I've provided a sample interior page for your validating pleasure.
